Or type in "Why Haven't I Heard From You" (by Reba) in a Youtube search engine.
I couldn't put it on my blog page, but that's OK!

It's such a sassy song. Doesn't matter if you are country fan or not, it's just plain fun!! I'd love to sing it someday!! The video is cute! Again, I haven't to give my cousin Karen credit for introducing me to Reba!

If I Had Only Known

Hankie Warning:
I really like Reba. I have a lot of admiration for her and I would love to see her perform live or even meet her. I hasn't been exposed to her until I got some of cousin Karen's music and this song was in the mix. Does she has the best voice out there? No, not really but she puts tremendous depth and integrity into her music.

If I think of people I adore leaving this world, I think of this song. The words are perfect. Absolutely perfect. Listen to the words and you'll understand what I mean!

I just goes to show: Make Every Day Count!

A Message In A Song

You don't need to speak Swedish to "get" this song. It's what I should have said to myself many times. Now when I think of some other women I know (young and old) who have invested (in my opinion) way too much time, effort and energy trying to keep a Dead Horse of a relationship going, I think of this song. It is relevant for men as well, but it really speaks to women.

Music can say so much: to speak to the heart and of the heart. I love upbeat music, but there's nothing like a great love song or a "cry in your beer" song. In this case, it's more like a classy bar at closing time after too many Scotch whiskeys.
